Most fluoropolymer heat-shrink tubing on the market is sized for wire, cable, and small mechanical jackets. Fluoron manufactures heat-shrink fluoropolymer wraps and jackets in larger diameters: sized for industrial rolls, vessels, and process components: in FEP, PFA, PTFE, and conductive PTFE constructions.
Send roll or component diameter, length, service temperature, and target fluoropolymer. Fluoron engineering will scope a heat-shrink sleeve or jacket within 24 hours.

Large-diameter heat-shrink applications
Seamed heat-shrink PTFE (Fluoro-Wear) and conductive PTFE (Fluoro-Stat) sleeves give large mill rolls a release surface without re-machining the base. Paper-mill specifics live on the paper manufacturing page.
Seamless FEP and PFA sleeves up to 18″ cover most flexible-packaging and converting rolls; larger laminating rolls use seamed PTFE constructions.
Where a tubular sleeve is not the right form factor, Fluoron scopes heat-shrink fluoropolymer jackets and wraps for large process components: sized to the OD and engineered for the service temperature.
