Fluoron was founded in 1990 by Frank Chapman in Elkton, Maryland. In 2024, Fluoron joined the Spectrum Advanced platform, which now brings together three companies with complementary capabilities and turnaround times up to 80% faster than OEMs:

Leadership. Matt Lippmann is President and CEO of Spectrum Advanced and leads the group. Fluoron operates with its own engineering, manufacturing, and field-service teams in Elkton, Maryland, working alongside AEGIS Advanced and Radiant Cleaning to route every customer inquiry to the right answer, whether that is a heat-shrink sleeve, a coating system, or a cleaning service.
