Heatflon® Series PH
Tubular Radiators, PFA Sheathed

Heatflon® heaters of the PH series consist of a stainless steel tubular radiator sheathed in PFA. The top end of the heater is made of PTFE and the connecting cable of PFA. Heating zone, top end and connecting cable are welded together watertight, as a result of which this type can also be immersed completely in aggressive media. All devices of the PH series are earthed and approved by the association of German engineers (VDE). As an optional extra, all heaters can also be preequipped for a thermal monitoring. Users who purchase a special controller are then able to monitor the internal temperature between the stainless steel heater and the PFA tube, thereby reducing substantially the risk of fire. Heatflon® tubular radiators of the PH series are available for various surface loads, e.g. 2.2 W/cm2- 1.5 W/cm2 - 1.0 W/cm2, applicable dependent on the specific media. The spaces between the heating zones provide for very good heat discharge, thus enhancing the effectiveness of these heaters. Heatflon® tubular heaters have been in production since 1991. Several thousands of these radiators are in successful use throughout the world.
